  Air Traffic Obstruction Lights on Towers, FAA L-865 white omnidirectional medium intensity aviation obstruction light,  40 fpm GPS sync White LED Flashing Obstruction beacon, ICAO certified CM-15 is a white LED medium intensity obstruction light, generally used on unpainted tall structures more than 45 meters.  CM-15 flashes at 20,000cd at daytime and twilight and will automatically reduce the intensity to 2,000cd at nighttime.
