Overhead wire marker are safety instruments applied to the overhead power lines marking transmission lines and ropeways along the flight path during the day. Markers are often installed on overhead lines near airfields, or at river crossings where there is a possibility of float-equipped aircraft using the river. Some markers contain conductor marking lights or strobe lights to improve visibility at night or in fog.

Dual medium intensity LED obstruction lights white flashing 20,000cd day-mode & red steady 2,000cd night-mode, with available GPS sync and day/night sensor, used on structures between 150’ (45m) and 500’ (150m) above ground level to provide aviation safety, and the use of a red beacon at night provides a ''community friendly'' light, also the unit could monitor the system and provides a NO or NC alarm contact upon any system failure.
