A windcone is a carefully designed fabric cone that is mounted on a metal frame. This metal frame is attached to a vertical pole via a swivel that allows the fabric cone to rotate freely. The fabric cone must be designed to provide relative wind speed indication. A fully extended windsock indicates a wind speed in excess of 15 knots. An illuminated windcone must be powered in some manner. Common methods are with 120VAC/240VAC or 6.6Amp circuitry. Recent advances in both LED and solar power technology have allowed for the creation of reliable and compliant solar powered LED windsocks. Wind Direction Indicators or wind cones provide visual surface wind direction and velocity information to pilots in flight or on the ground at airport and heliports. Aircraft warning sphere warning marker balls for power lines

Aviation obstruction marking sphere is designed to provide daytime visual warning or nighttime visual warning if comes with reflective tape, for electricity transmission line and overhead wire for aircraft pilots, especially cross river high voltage transmission lines. CDT power line marker ball is made of high-grade Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics(FRP), diameter of 600mm and 800mm are available to meet different customers’ needs.  A marking sphere should be of one color such as aviation orange, white and red. Generally, the marking spheres are placed on the highest line. Where there is more than one line at the highest level, white and red, or white and orange spheres should be displayed alternately. This alternating color scheme provides the most conspicuity against all back ground.
