CDT LED Surface Floodlight is specially designed for helipads, providing glare-free, uniform surface lighting for landing and loading activities. LED Surface Floodlights improve pilot depth perception by reflecting the surface of the helipad, allowing pilots to better estimate their altitude during landing.

The heliport surface lighting is carried out through "floodlights" which must uniformly illuminate the landing or manoeuvring area to allow night operations (loading / unloading passengers or goods, refuelling, etc.) in safety. The average horizontal intensity of the Floodlight must be at least 10lux and the lighting produced must be at least 10cd/m2.

Aircraft warning sphere warning marker balls for power lines

Aviation obstruction marking sphere is designed to provide daytime visual warning or nighttime visual warning if comes with reflective tape, for electricity transmission line and overhead wire for aircraft pilots, especially cross river high voltage transmission lines. A windcone is a carefully designed fabric cone that is mounted on a metal frame. This metal frame is attached to a vertical pole via a swivel that allows the fabric cone to rotate freely. The fabric cone must be designed to provide relative wind speed indication. A fully extended windsock indicates a wind speed in excess of 15 knots. An illuminated windcone must be powered in some manner. Common methods are with 120VAC/240VAC or 6.6Amp circuitry. Recent advances in both LED and solar power technology have allowed for the creation of reliable and compliant solar powered LED windsocks.   When you are flying, the conductors and skyline become almost invisible against the terrain—especially the skyline  wires . The colored plastic balls hanging on overhead electricity wires are called aerial marker balls, and they are installed along the length of wires to act as a visual warning so low-flying aircraft don’t run into them. They're called visibility marker balls or marker balls.  You'll often find them near mountain passes, in the deep valley areas, near major freeway crossings and around airports. They weight about 17 pounds each. The marker balls are placed on power lines to make the conductor crossings visible to aircraft. Overhead wire markers are safety instruments applied to the overhead power lines marking transmission lines and ropeways along the flight path during the day.
