Aircraft Warning System(Medium Intensity Obstruction Light-Solar Powred) for 500KV Transmission Line Project

Medium Intensity Obstruction Light-Solar Powered for Transmission Tower
Obstruction Lighting Solutions
China . Yellow River

The Yellow River 500KV transmission line project is routed through 4 counties including Hekou District, Lijin County, Kenli County and Dongying District, Dongying City, Shandong Province.
The whole line of this project is erected with double loops. The total length of the line is 98.286KM, of which the general line is 97.732KM, and the Yellow River crossing line is 3.554KM.
Newly built 237 bases of iron towers along the entire line, including 67 bases of tension towers and 170 bases of straight towers; 5 bases of the large span of the Yellow River (3 bases of tension towers and 2 bases of straight towers)
The basic wind speed of the general route design of this project is 28m/s (10m high, once in 50 years), the design of this project is 10mm light ice area; the design of the basic wind speed of the Yellow River Great Crossing Line is 33m/s (10m high, once in 50 years), this project Designed according to 15mm medium ice area.
The general section wire adopts 4 x JL3/LB20A-630-45 type aluminum clad steel core high conductivity aluminum stranded wire. The Yellow River large-span section conductor adopts 4 x AACSR/EST-410/153 ultra-strong steel core aluminum alloy stranded wire. Both ground wires use OPGW optical cable.

Medium Intensity Solar Warning Lights (MIOL) with solar panel, multi LED type. In compliance with ICAO Annex 14 Type B, Type C and FAA L-864. This flashing red LED beacon obstruction light is the perfect solution for wind turbines, towers (cell/broadcast/other),buildings, and similar obstructions. Meets FAA and ICAO standards. Available with IR option for night vision. Easily retrofits to replace incandescent light.
Medium Intensity Obstruction Lights with Solar Panel have to be used where the obstacle is particularly large and the height of the surrounding soil is more than 45m and where the power supply does not arrive or where it is very weak.

Night Marking Red Obstruction Light System for Transmission Tower

High-voltage lines are major hazards for low-flying aircraft. Placing beacons on pylons is not sufficient to ensure safety due to the very long spans of cable. - Day Marking The warning ball for high voltage lines is a visual anti-aircraft protection for overhead wires and OPGW wires in high voltage transmission lines. It is recommended that in the case of a sphere with a diameter of 60 cm, the high-voltage line should be marked every 30 meters at the most. - Night Marking Conductor marking lights serve as a specialized category of aircraft warning lights specifically crafted for overhead power lines. In contrast to overhead wire markers that rely on daylight, conductor marking lights are designed to be visible during nighttime. These lights enhance the visibility of transmission line catenary wires in the vicinity of airports, heliports, and locations spanning across rivers. It is built around induction and takes its power from the current of the line, by the intermediary of a multi-winding coil directly installed within the beacon. This allows our system to adapt to every line voltage.
